We weren’t expecting it especially Game Awards 2022but Fire Emblem Engage made a brief appearance at the ceremony. After having extensively detailed part of his gameplay centered around rings recently, it’s not a particular technical point that was the subject of today’s announcement, but inevitable DLCs paid which will clearly play on the “nostalgic” fiber of the fans.
Fire Emblem Engage will therefore also be entitled to its Expansion Pass split into four waves of separate additions, the premiere of which will coincide with the launch of the game on January 20. She will add Edelgard, Dmitri and Claudius of Fire Emblem: Three Houses as Emblems, but also Tiki and various support items. The following ones will be broadcast throughout the year. If you are interested, you will have to pay an additional €29.99 on theeShop.
Volume 1 DLC
Release scheduled for January 20, 2023
This volume contains the following:
- Additional Emblems – Added Edelgard Emblem Bracelet (with Dimitri and Claude). Allies who equip it will be able to learn a technique that increases experience gained by 20%, among other benefits. This is an exceptional Emblem, since it brings together three characters within a single bracelet. To add this Emblem to your army, keep an eye out for Somniel’s Lookout, an event will trigger there. Added Tiki Emblem Bracelet. Allies who equip it see their characteristics increase more easily when they level up. To add this Emblem to your army, complete a battle in the newly added Divine Annexes;
- Adventure Assist Items – You can get Boots, Holy Robe, Drop, Powder, Secret Tome, Lightning Wing, Divine Icon, Dragon Shield and Talisman when you visit Somniel from Chapter 5;
- New accessories – You can get a rare set, a pleated headdress, a large ribbon, an earring and round glasses in Somniel’s shop from chapter 6;
- silver card – Simply owning it grants you a 30% discount when shopping at the Armory and Store. You can get it from one of the newly added Divine Annexes.

This volume contains the following:
- Additional emblems;
- Adventure Assist Items (consumables and upgrade materials);
- New accessories.
Volume 3 DLC

This volume contains the following:
- Additional emblems.
Volume 4 DLC

This volume contains the following:
- New story arc – A story independent of the plot of the main game, featuring new characters and taking place on new maps;
- New classes.
