(CercleFinance.com) – The Ministry for the Armed Forces announced that the French Navy and the Directorate General for Armaments awarded the ‘PERSEUS’ label on Monday July 3 to ‘three high-potential projects’.
Among these projects is the SENTINEL radar interceptor project: developed by Thales, this innovation is intended for the French Navy’s first-tier frigates. Tests were conducted on the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle during the ANTARES mission.
The PERSEUS label is the recognition, by the Navy staff and the DGA, of the investment of an industrialist in an innovative project sufficiently accomplished to be tested by sailors during training or operations.
