(CercleFinance.com) – Thales announces, on the occasion of the Singapore Airshow 2024, the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saab in order to contribute to innovation and the long-term modernization of infrastructure of Singapore Air Traffic Management.
They claim complementary portfolios, as a leader in control tower automation and digital towers (Saab) and in advanced air traffic management systems and architectures (Thales), as well as in ATM support and maintenance.
The partnership thus involves collaboration between Saab’s ‘Integrated Digital Tower Suite’ and Thales’ OpenSky Platform, to establish a common architecture and provide ‘a robust foundation for a truly open architecture from 2030’.
