“I tried it. It suited me, but the underdress was a little too tight in the chest,” recognized Camille Gottlieb, before adding: “I had other underdresses at home, but too large this time. So I finally decided to wear one four times too big for me.“A strategy that proved to be a winner for the young woman who declared: “Nobody saw anything”.
The result amazed all the guests who found the niece of Albert II resplendent in her new dress which she herself renamed Cleopatra. It must be recognized that with her golden breastplate covered with embroidered laurel leaves, the young woman did indeed look like a sovereign.
A successful stylistic choice for the woman who admits to being very organized in life but much less so when it comes to putting her wardrobe in order. Fortunately, her sense of fashion allowed her to get out of a situation that could have turned out to be very embarrassing with flying colors.
