A bitter break. At the end of the 80s, Florent Pagny And Vanessa Paradis began an idyll which particularly marked the spirits. Indeed, at that time, the singer was 26 years old, while the young artist, who spent many weeks squatting first place in the top 50 with her hit Joe the cab, is only 15 years old. One will follow in spite of everything relationship that will last three years. “VSwas very pleasant and very easy”confided Florent Pagny in the columns of Current Woman in January 2013, before adding: “Except the breakup”.

A separation on which he returned in his autobiography entitled Pagny by Florent (Fayard edition), which is scheduled for release this Wednesday, April 5. “I cleared the photo. Direct !”, writes Florent Pagny, as revealed by our colleagues from BFMTV, who had the chance to discover the work in advance. Florent Pagny thus regrets that Vanessa Paradis has erased him from his life. “That’s what I can blame him for in the end, because I was there for her so much, I worked so hard to fix everything that was messy or unhealthy around herand it worked so well for him”he adds.

The confidences of Florent Pagny on his wife, Azucena Caamaño

Fortunately, Florent Pagny will end up consoling himself in the arms of Azucena Caamaño, whom he met in 1992. However, it was not easy for him to conquer the heart of the one who then gave him two children. “I found my heroine. All the cards are against me. We will have to fight for our love story to exist. My destiny is changing, I know it, I feel it, but I can see that on the other hand Azucena is not aware”, says the 61-year-old artist in his autobiography. But Florent Pagny did well to persevere because 30 years later, the two lovebirds are in love as at the first.
