The 2023 Film Festival: dates, prices… All you need to know about the 38th edition!

The Fête du Cinéma is back in all cinemas for 4 days. From Sunday 2 to Wednesday 5 July inclusive, go to your theaters to take advantage of a single price of €5 per screening for all films.

Cinema Festival 2023 will take place from Sunday July 2 to Wednesday July 5, inclusive, in 6,000 cinemas throughout France. You will thus be able to take advantage of a single price of 5 euros per screening for all films on view and at all screenings.

Organized, as every year, by the National Federation of French Cinemas, the 38th edition of the event takes place in a context of massive return of spectators to cinemas.

The public will thus be able to discover, from Sunday July 2 for 5 euros, the new releases of June 28: the latest film from Dreamworks studios Ruby, the teenager Kraken, the highly anticipated Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, the film by French action Farang or even French comedy with Christian Clavier, Les Vengeances de Maître Poutifard, and take advantage of Wednesday July 5 to discover Miraculous – The film with the family or tremble with friends in front of Insidious: The Red Door.

On the occasion of Warner’s 100th anniversary, the studio will also release several films including Inception, Joker, The Exorcist and Les Affranchis. The perfect opportunity to (re)see these nuggets on the big screen.

Directed by Khalil Cherti, the trailer for the 2023 edition of the Film Festival features Thomas Solivérès, Ariane Ascaride, Lucien Jean-Baptiste, Mélanie Bernier, François-Xavier Demaison, Audrey Fleurot, Anne Marivin, Just Riadh and Bertrand Usclat as Spider-Man.

In 2022, the event recorded 3.3 million admissions, including more than 1 million on Wednesday July 6 alone, the date on which The Minions 2 was released.
