Nearly six months after its marketing in France, the new version of Google’s Pixel Watch is available at a reduced price from Orange. Offered in its 4G version, the Google Pixel Watch 2 is at 349 euros instead of 449 euros. For information, the 100 euro discount is made automatically by the operator. Unveiled during the conference Made By Google ’23 last fall, the Pixel Watch 2 associated with the Orange offer has 4G LTE and UMTS, Bluetooth 5.0 wireless technology, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n 2.4 GHz standard, GPS and NFC. Compatible with most phones running Android 9.0 (or later), the Google watch features a 320 ppi AMOLED display with DCI-P3 color, custom Corning Gorilla Glass 5 3D glass, high brightness up to 1000 nits and Always-on mode.
In terms of autonomy, the connected object can be used for a maximum of 24 hours thanks to its integrated 306 mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery. We also find a Qualcomm 5100 chip, a Cortex M33 coprocessor, the Wear OS 4.0 operating system, 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage space. Finally, the compass, the altimeter, the red sensors and infrared for monitoring oxygen saturation (SpO2), multi-point optical heart rate sensor, 3-axis accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, skin temperature sensor, barometer and magnetometer are essentially part of it.
