The British Prime Minister and the Ukrainian President also signed a security cooperation agreement that London sees as historic. Furthermore, the head of the British government estimated, citing Vladimir Putin, Iran and North Korea, that a weakening of support for Ukraine would strengthen the enemies of the West.
