Helmet VisionPro Apple will be available for purchase outside the United States soon. An opportunity that could be expensive for lovers of the brand!
After a first launch last February in the United States, the Cupertino company has recently put itself in gear to prepare for the international deployment of this product. It is difficult to know at the moment whether the mixed reality headset will have greater success abroad, but with this new information, we can in any case think that it will be more expensive than in an American store!
A helmet for $5,114 in Istanbul
So, how much do you think the Apple Vision Pro will cost once it becomes available beyond the borders of the United States? We should expect an even less attractive price if we are to believe this image that comes to us from Istanbul airport.
Shared on X.com by @rudrankriyam, an image of this helmet shows that it could simply be considered a luxury item in its Istanbul version, since it is offered at $5,114, a sudden increase of almost 50%! A price which represents a little more than 4,7000 euros.
The French version for more than 4000 euros?
It is difficult at the moment to know if this is approximately the price that will be applied in France. We can note that the helmet is sold in an airport, where the products are generally more expensive, while displaying a “special offer” sticker, which suggests that the basic version will be even more expensive elsewhere.
What still appears clear is that there should be no effort on the part of Apple to offer European, and therefore French, consumers a price around the $3,499 applied in the USA. So, instead of a headset costing 3,499 euros, should we expect to see it priced at 4,000, or even 4,500 euros?
