“The Bachelor” is looking for a woman for life again: The 13th season of the dome format starts with the streaming service RTL +. From then on you can also tune in to regular TV on RTL.

- The 13th season of “The Bachelor” starts on February 22, 2023 on the streaming service RTL +.
- A week later, on March 1st, the first new episode will also be shown on RTL TV.
- Once again, the single candidates have to get roses from the adored bachelor to get into the final.
“The Bachelor” is now in its 13th season and can therefore be described as the grandmother of the new German dating formats – even if the great-grandmother of the dome shows returns to TV with “Herzblatt”.
First, the eponymous bachelor distributed his roses on February 22nd on RTL +, because here the new episodes each run a week before the TV premiere. Without a subscription to the streaming service, which was previously called TV Now, you have to wait until the first broadcast on RTL on March 1st. Then you can get to know the new candidates from dog physiotherapist to insurance clerk on free-to-air television.
RTL shows the “Bachelor” online first – and will soon increase the prices
RTL is thus continuing to pursue its strategy of publishing certain “Online First” formats in order to increase the attractiveness of paid subscriptions to its own streaming service. Customers will have to decide whether this strategy will work despite the upcoming hefty price increase on RTL+.
