After episode three, the kissing statistics are 1-0 for one of the “Bachelors”. Dennis and Sebastian also give away some roses from other people.

In the third episode of “The Bachelors” (Wednesday at 8:15 p.m., also on RTL+), the candidates can work off any aggression they may have built up in the first episodes. The group date is a rugby match between the teams Dennis, 30, and Sebastian, 35. The winner can ask a candidate of their choice on an individual date.

Five girls each compete with one Bachelor compete as team boss in South Africa’s national sport. There are actually tough tackles. Selin, 26, fears for her breasts (“we have to protect our boobies”). Sebastian almost gets a bloody nose when he runs into his own teammate.

Too early? – First kiss at the rugby stadium

In the end, Team Dennis clearly prevails. He chooses Katja, 28, as the winner. Because she made the difference in rugby. And because he had his eye on her from an early age.

A kind of living room is now set up on the playing field, with a couch in the middle. Dennis then tries to crack Katja’s protective armor. She talks about her parents’ divorce and that the separation gave her a negative image of relationships.

Then Dennis, as a “man of action,” as he later says to Sebastian, takes the first physical step. He pulls Katja to him and they cuddle while lying down. While a storm is brewing in the stadium, they kiss. The initiative again comes from him.

So in episode three the first kiss. Not a “Bachelor” record, but still pretty early. Too early, most of the girls in the villa think. “Does he want to lick all eleven now?” asks Kim, 30, after Katja’s kissing confession.

Mixing things up on a cultural date

Next day, next group date. This time we’re going to a cultural center. There is typical South African barbecue and dancing. Sebastian, who has a rather stiff hip, also moves.

The groups mix for the first time in the cultural center. Women that Sebastian brought to South Africa flirt with Dennis and vice versa. Dennis pounces on Leonie, 28. The Bavarian thinks it “would be a real win for Sebastian” if he could get her on his side. Leonie emerged as one of Sebastian’s favorites early on.

After making herself unpopular with Sebastian fans in the last episode, Leonie is now making no friends with Dennis supporters either. Laura S. tries to intervene. She later calls Leonie a “witch” behind her back.

This time Sebastian comes to his one-on-one interview. He chooses Freya, 25. The two convince each other with humor and tell each other anecdotes from their childhood. Freya thinks a kiss would have been possible if the date had lasted longer. But Sebastian doesn’t catch up with Dennis.

The first foreign roses are distributed

At the party before the Night of the Roses, the boundaries between the camps become even more blurred. Jessica, 26, for example, drives two ways. In a conversation with “her” Dennis, she doubts that there is any depth behind his relaxed facade. She lets Sebastian know that she would be happy to receive a rose from him. The Hamburger actually obeys the request.

Dennis is actually trying to foist his Kim on his rival. Sebastian actually takes care of her. In return, Dennis has a rose for Laura S., the archenemy of Sebastian’s favorite Leonie. There are no flowers at all in this group for Annika, 30, and Laura B., 27. The latter is happy to finally be able to return to her dog.
