Bat friends, meet the mobile Bat. And, it’s an Asus ROG Phone 6(D).
Asus has just unveiled a mobile Bat. The Taiwanese brand signs a collaboration with Warner Bros to use the Batman license by declining its brand new ROG Phone 6D. Moreover, the confusion is maintained in the name. This new smartphone is called ROG Phone 6 Batman Edition, but it’s actually a rebadged ROG Phone 6D.
A special Batman Aura RGB logo
To create this special edition, Asus added a special Batman Aura RGB logo on the back. The latter lights up. Additionally, it sports a semi-matte Night Black shade. With Android 12, as well as the ROG UI and Zen UI interfaces (your choice), the Batman Edition comes pre-loaded with exclusive themed live wallpapers, icon styles, animations as well as sound effects.
As you can see in the package above, the pack contains a Batman “Aero Case” protective cover, a Bat-Signal mini-projector, a Batarang ejection pin with Gotham City-themed stand, as well as a special storage case.
Technically, it’s an ROG Phone 6D. The latter therefore integrates a SoC MediaTek Dimensity 9000+, 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, a 6000 mAh battery (charging up to 65 W) as well as a main camera with a 50 megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor.
The ROG Phone 6 Batman equipped with 12 GB RAM / 256 GB of storage is sold at a price of 1,329 euros. It will be available in one colorway, Night Black. Asus plans to start sales in November 2022 in France, only on the Asus Store.
