The best weapons in Fortnite | Tier list Chapter 3

Discover the tier list of the best weapons of Chapter 3 of Fortnite. Equip yourself with the best weapons to chain together the Top 1.

Fortnite Battle Royale has become a worldwide phenomenon since its release in 2017. After 10 seasons, Chapter 1 closed on October 13, 2019 with a breathtaking event which only Epic Games has the secret. Chapter 2 suffered the same fate so that we are already getting to Chapter 3.

Chapter 3 brought a whole bunch of changes to the game, including a whole new batch of never-before-seen weapons, replacing all we’ve seen in the last few chapters, even the famous SCAR that has marked so many players.

Epic games

Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 3 is now well underway.

To achieve this prestigious Top 1, players can collect weapons from the ground, in chests or by exchanging Gold. Each has different rarity levels – Common, Atypical, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic (during certain events), and Exotic.

Statistics depend on scarcity. The higher the rarity, the more effective your weapon is. In order to maximize your chances of victory, it is therefore in your best interest to optimize your inventory. Check out our tier list of the best weapons in Fortnite.

Tier list of Fortnite weapons

Third

Mark 7 assault rifle

It is the first automatic assault rifle with which you have a built-in scope. Its rate of fire and accuracy make it surely the most effective weapon in Chapter 3.

  • Commune : 21 damage
  • Atypical : 22 damage
  • Rare : 23 damage
  • Epic : 24 damage
  • Legendary : 25 damage

Stinger submachine gun

With a rate of fire much too high, this submachine gun is clearly not to be neglected for your close combat, especially since the shotguns are not extremely punitive.

  • Commune : 18 damage
  • Atypical : 19 damage
  • Rare : 20 damage
  • Epic : 21 damage
  • Legendary : 22 damage

Tier A

Specialized Assailant Shotgun

If you’ve always been used to having a shotgun in your inventory, you should definitely give this one a go. It may remind you a little of the SPAS but is still not up to its level in terms of damage.

  • Commune : 86 damage
  • Atypical : 91 damage
  • Rare : 96 damage
  • Epic : 100 damage
  • Legendary : 105 damage

Shot by shot hunter rifle

Having a sniper in your inventory is never negligible to punish your opponents who do not cover themselves. A bullet in the head can often be fatal for these reckless players.

  • Commune : 81 damage
  • Atypical : 86 damage
  • Rare : 90 damage
  • Epic : 95 damage
  • Legendary : 99 damage

Tier B

Automatic shotgun

We do not recommend that you keep this shotgun throughout the game because it will be of little use to you in close quarters combat, even if it can save you at the start of the game if you only have it.

  • Commune : 75 damage
  • Atypical : 80 damage
  • Rare : 84 damage
  • Epic : 88 damage
  • Legendary : 92 damage

Stalker Assault Rifle

Due to its low rate of fire and without really being precise, this is not the assault rifle that you will want to have in your inventory during mid-range duels.

  • Commune : 31 damage
  • Atypical : 32 damage
  • Rare : 34 damage
  • Epic : 36 damage
  • Legendary : 37 damage

Tier C

Handgun

At the start of the game, you are allowed to play it if it is really the only weapon you can find. Otherwise replace it as soon as you can to increase your chances of survival.

  • Commune : 25 damage
  • Atypical : 27 damage
  • Rare : 28 damage
  • Epic : 29 damage
  • Legendary : 31 damage

Pickaxe

The Pickaxe is not really a weapon for fighting in Fortnite but it can be used in certain cases such as for example eliminating enemies on the ground to save his bullets… or even troll his opponent in the final duel for the Victory Royale.
