If Bouygues Telecom is working on the upcoming arrival of an artificial intelligence functionality for its Bbox customers, the operator is trying to remain attractive from a commercial point of view, to attract new markets. It proves this by offering, since June 7, 2024, a reimbursement offer for three months of fixed subscription, reserved for Bbox Must and Ultym subscribers who subscribe to a fiber optic offer. From 105 to 129 euros in savings for those who benefit from the Bouygues Telecom reimbursement offer
For several days, Bouygues Telecom has been offering an offer that could well fill its bag with a few additional subscribers. The operator reimburses three months of subscription for any new subscription to the Bbox Must, Bbox Ultym offers but also SmartTV/Gaming, offers which are all with commitment.
As for Bbox Must, which remember is set at 34.99 euros/month for 12 months then 39.99 euros/month, we are talking about a saving of 104.97 euros. The Bbox Must offers speeds of up to 1 Gbit/s for downloading, and up to 700 Mbit/s for sending, with a Wi-Fi 6 modem and the operator’s Bbox 4K TV decoder.
If you opt for the Bbox Ultym at 42.99 euros/month for 12 months then 47.99 euros/month beyond, you will save 128.97 euros, which is not negligible for the high-end fixed offer of Bouygues Telecom. In terms of speeds, the Bbox Ultym can go up to 2 Gbit/s for downloading, 900 Mbit/s for sending, with the Wi-Fi 6E modem, the possibility of Wi-Fi 6 repeaters and the Bbox 4K HDR TV decoder. The SmartTV and Gaming packs are set at 42.99 euros/month for the first year. Which represents a saving of 128.97 euros also thanks to the refund offer.
Here’s how to take advantage of the cashback offer
There are a few things to know that we wanted to share with you. First, be aware that this refund offer only concerns new subscribers, which may frustrate long-term customers. Then, you must take out a fiber optic subscription. Reimbursement occurs upon request and not automatically, within 8 weeks of receipt of the compliant file.
Moreover, to benefit from it, it’s very simple: once you have subscribed to your Bbox Must, Ultym or SmartTV/Gaming offer, simply request a refund by attaching the requested supporting documents, namely the copy of your first invoice clearly mentioning the name of the offer, and that of your RIB. The operator also requests a copy of your service contract or the email confirming your subscription to the offer.
