In a relationship since 2007 with Djebril Zonga, the former footballer turned actor, Nawell Madani has tried several times to become a mother.

That would be good, that’s the real thing, it’s not the rhinestones and the sequins’, ‘When will that be'”, she confides to Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine.
But today, Nawell Madani manages to laugh at this painful past. “How do you laugh about it, Nawell?”asks Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine. “I laugh about it today, it’s easy for me, I had my daughter”, she replies. She had to wait until 2021 for her dream of motherhood to come true. Indeed, Djebril Didier Zonga and Nawell Madani became parents in September 2021 of a little girl named Lou Ezna Fatima.

“It’s the greatest gift and today I get to share this adventure, this winding path that my husband and I experienced, that I kept it a secret for a long time. At the beginning I said ‘It’s my career above all’, I’m trying to tell another story”, tell Nawell Madani.
