The Binding of Isaac could come to Fortnite in a future collaboration

Quite regularly, Edmund McMillen organizes question-and-answer sessions on his Twitter. On the occasion of one of them, the creator of The Binding of Isaac has confirmed that it has spoken with Epic Games about a collaboration with Fortnite. Although it doesn’t mean much in itself, the idea is pretty fun. And seeing little Isaac’s world embedded in the very colorful Battle Royale is enough to make you curious.

As unlikely as it may seem, it wouldn’t be that surprising to see such a collaboration happen. Epic Games is accustomed to this practice, and it would not be the first independent game to take advantage of it. InnerSloth was entitled to it for
Among Us. On the side of Edmund McMillen, there does not seem to be any brake either, since the latter had already come into contact with the team of Fall Guys. However, this had not led to anything concrete, at least for the moment.

See the universe arrive The Binding of Isaac on
Fortnite would therefore have every chance of occurring. However, nothing has been done yet. Edmund McMillen only announced that he had been in contact with them. We therefore do not know if this collaboration will really see the light of day at some point. Especially since with its very explicit tone, Isaac’s universe seems to go the opposite of what Epic Games wishes to highlight.
