It is in these unflattering terms that Béatrice Brugère, general secretary of the Magistrates-FO Unit, recently mentioned to the Point of the Bobigny courthouse in Seine-Saint-Denis, a building with modernist architecture which conceals within it major defects. A structure that has indeed become the reflection, even the synonym, of a breathless justice.
