“The Breastfeeding Goddesses,” this photo series celebrates proud breastfeeding women

While the fight to normalize the female breast on the networks has been in full swing for years, we take a little break with photographer Ivette Ivens. She captured, in this series of photos, women breastfeeding in harmonious and calming settings.

Breastfeeding is a beautiful and natural act, it does not have to be demonized and sexualized. On social networks and on the web in general, female breasts are unfortunately often perceived as exciting and sometimes even vulgar sexual organs. People who post pictures of their breasts a little naked or just breastfeeding are judged and sometimes have their posts removed.

Literally, “the breastfeeding goddesses”. A magnificent name and a project that shows the purity and beauty of a woman breastfeeding her child.

These images, each sweeter than the next, show breastfeeding in scenes of breathtaking serenity.
