After explaining that she was “really sick for a very long time“, the pretty brunette said: “I just want to be honest with everyone, I struggled. So, I’m in the hospital, I’m going to be released soon and I hope I can get on with my life and take a little break. And I want to encourage others, if you are struggling, please do yourself a favor. Take a break, stop being so hard on yourself.

In this video, Ruby Barker said she was “filled with rage, frustration and anger” before asking for help for” all these intergenerational traumas lumped togetherin her. In full disclosure, the actress added, “I carried the weight of the world on my shoulders. And now I’m at a point where I have a diagnosis, and I’ll tell you about it another time. But I have a diagnosis, and I let go and forgive myself. I can’t go on like I did. I need to change. So that’s what I’m trying to do.
