The craziest PC cases of Computex 2023

Thermaltake has invited many modders to work on its cases.

The Computex in Taipei is THE international show dedicated to PCs and components of all kinds. It has just made a comeback after several years of absence due to Covid-19, and we came across a number of wacky boxes as we wandered its aisles. Many manufacturers of components and cases indeed invite modders to come and present custom-made models with designs competing in originality, for better or for worse of course. The machines are all functional, and often equipped with very solid Intel Core i9 configurations, water cooling in every way, and latest generation graphics cards.

Here is a small selection of impressive PCs that we came across at the show; true works of craftsmanship for some, not all will be unanimous, and we leave you alone to judge the aesthetics of each of them.

The PC sneakers from Cooler Master that we talked about recently, a small machine at almost $6,000.

The fastest PC golden of the living room, signed Lian li.

A real Japanese katana in a Seppuku style PC.

For universe fans steam punk.

An almost classic box, but with liters of water cooling.

Undoubtedly the best of this top, the beer dispenser PC (completely functional, you just need to use one).

Say goodbye to tempered glass, this one has been replaced by a screen that broadcasts animations in real time!

For those who like PCs and big cars (Maxime Noël, don’t hide anymore!)

And let’s not forget our biker friends or the aforementioned journalist.

A moving tower straight out of a manga.

And waiting for next year, a small town with a must-have sushi shop on the top floor
