While the filming of season 5 of “The Crown” is over, that of season 6 is fast approaching. The production is actively looking for his Kate Middleton, wife of Prince William.

While the fifth chapter of the award-winning series will retrace events from 1990 to 1997, the next one will dwell on the late 1990s and the early 2000s. According to the British newspaper Daily Star, the role of the Duchess of Cambridge will be a minor. The program will return to his meeting with Prince William at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
A casting announcement from Netflix also reveals that the production is looking for young actors between the ages of 16 and 21 to play Princess Diana’s two sons. The latter, played brilliantly by Emma Corrin in season 4, will be played by Elizabeth Debicki (Tenet, Les Veuves) from season 5. The first photos revealed suggest an impressive resemblance.
Season 6 of The Crown marks the penultimate chapter of the thrilling saga. But Netflix does not intend to stop there: a derivative series project would be in development on the years of reign of Queen Victoria, holder of the throne until 1901. The information has not yet been formalized by the platform.
