The daily value at Paris Teleperformance tops the CAC 40 thanks to the acquisition of the American Senture


(AOF) – Teleperformance largely dominates the CAC 40 Wednesday, with a gain of more than 2% to 395.90 euros per share. The call center specialist announced on Tuesday evening a nice acquisition in the United States, since the group has just bought Senture, a major player in the outsourced management of business processes to administrations, for an enterprise value of $ 400 million. An operation entirely financed by bank debt and which should be accretive by around + 5% on the net income per share of Teleperformance.

Founded in 2003 and based in London, Kentucky, Senture has until now been owned by Kingswood Capital Management, an American investment firm based in Los Angeles, California. In 2021, the company is expected to achieve revenue of $ 192 million and an adjusted EBITA margin of 16%.

Government services (at the federal, state and local levels) account for almost 80% of its turnover, with commercial services in the health sector accounting for the remaining 20%. Senture’s support activities consist of responding to user requests in the areas of health, education, transport and social services.
