Police dissolve car tuner meetings in Emsland
The police have one in Papenburg in Emsland Meeting of car tuners dissolved. At the top are up to 500 vehicles in front of a shopping center came together, said a police spokesman. The tuners came from Leer, Emden, Oldenburg, Cloppenburg, Westerstede and the Netherlands.
