Toddler falls from the third floor in Duisburg
In Duisburg, a three-year-old child fell out of an apartment on the third floor of an apartment building. She was seriously injured but not critically injured in a hospital. It was an accident, the police said. The fall was apparently softened because the child fell on a canopy.
