The DioField Chronicle: the Western release date endorsed by a new trailer

The nostalgic Final Fantasy Tactics have The DioField Chronicle on their radar. This new tactical role-playing game featuring a real-time combat system called Real Time Tactical Battle was announced during a State of Play earlier this year, but is well planned for cross-platform.

Its release date was recently set for September 22, 2022 in Japan, a date that obviously concerned the West as well, because Square-Enix began displaying it on European and North American online stores. For those who doubted it, a trailer comes to validate this day of publication in the West: it is indeed September 22 that The DioField Chronicle will appear on PC via Steam, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Switch in the West. A demo will arrive otherwise on August 10 to allow us to do the first chapter, and it will be possible to transfer its progress to the full game at launch.

the trailer is otherwise an opportunity to better appreciate the characters and the complex martial history that interweaves theTrovelt-Schoevian EmpireI’Rowetale Alliancethe Kingdom of Alletainand our mercenaries from Blue Foxes. You can already pre-order your copy, from €59.99 and €189.99 in collector’s edition with a board game, via Amazon.co.uk.
