The Division franchise has been in the news lately. Recently, Ubisoft shared a roadmap, concerning the novelties to come, on The Division 2. In addition, the development studio announced, at the beginning of June, The Division: Resurgence, for smartphones. Not to mention, The Division: Heartland. Moreover, it would seem thatUbisoft is currently preparing a new title, in the universe of The Division.
Indeed, journalist Jeff Grubb indicated, in his last episode of Game Mess Decides, that Ubisoft would currently be developing a new game in the The Division universe. According to him, the development of this title goes back a few years, but would have been stopped. However, after the closure of the servers and the game Hyperscape, Ubisoft, wishing to offer a successful battle royale, would have decided to relaunch this project. According to the information shared by Jeff Grubb, it would therefore be a standalone battle royale, with roguelite mechanics.
