Joko and Klaas are sending their teams into a “duel around the world” this Christmas. These stars compete against each other.
ProSieben viewers can look forward to a new episode of the popular game show “The duel around the world – Team Joko versus Team Klaas”. As the broadcaster announced today, Joko Winterscheidt (43) and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (39) will have new prominent teams compete against each other on Monday, December 26 at 8:15 p.m. for adventurous trips to a country point in the fight for to win the world championship title.
“The duel around the world”: These stars are there on Boxing Day
Entertainer Verona Pooth (54) will then travel to Sweden for Team Klaas to open an ice cream shop on the ice. Joko is the first customer to send a 2,000-ton icebreaker. Ski jumping legend Sven Hannawald (48), on the other hand, has to take part in one of the most dangerous bike races in the world for Team Joko in France.
Also present in the Christmas edition of “The Duel Around the World” are the moderator twins Dennis and Benni Wolter, who are traveling to Scotland, and author Sophie Passmann (28), who is taking part in a hallucinogenic peyote ceremony in Mexico.
As always, only those who can win the most country points and studio games will become the new world champion at the end of the show. As usual, Jeannine Michaelsen (40) leads through the show as moderator.
