Employees dismissed “by mistake”
According Bloomberg, Elon Musk would have asked some newly laid off employees to return to their workplace. If some of them would have been thanked “by mistake”, the magazine indicates that Elon Musk would have realized after the fact the importance, even the essential side of certain employees thanked a few hours earlier.
To justify this wave of layoffs, Elon Musk had indicated “ having no other choice when the company is losing more than 4 million dollars a day “. Recall that before thanking more than 3,000 employees, Elon Musk had also dissolved the board of directors and fired many leaders.
These layoffs are among the major upheavals put in place by Elon Musk, who notably wishes to quickly democratize the new Blue paid formula, which will make it easier than ever to benefit from a blue dot, synonymous with certification. Note that the leader also announced that he wanted to review Twitter’s policy regarding the management of parody accounts. From now on, accounts that do not clearly display their offbeat side may be suspended without warning and permanently.
