The new and final season of 13 Reasons Why is finally available on Netflix. But it does not seem to be unanimous. Attention spoilers.

Since June 5, fans of 13 reasons Why can finally discover the end of their favorite series on Netflix. Since the streaming platform had unveiled the broadcast date, then the first teaser of this final season. Now most fans of the series have finished 13 Reasons Why. Indeed, many are those who spent the day of June 5 at binge watcher this long-awaited season on Netflix. But the problem is that after this long wait, the disappointment is real. The end of 13 Reasons Why is far from unanimous. And we explain to you why.

The final of the series lasts 1h30 and highlights where it all starts at the start of the season. Justin is taken to the hospital and we realize that Clay's best friend is not flu-like but has AIDS. Justin is a character who, indeed, returns from afar. The young man had become addicted to drugs and lived on the street for a time. He worked there as a prostitute before being welcomed by the Jensen family. His immune system was weakened at that time and, without treatment for his illness, Justin found himself at the last stage: he was dying and was therefore condemned.

Clay faces, once again, the tragic loss of a loved one and the fans too. In the end, the series killed one of the rare characters who would have deserved a redemption. Furthermore, if 13 Reasons Why trying to lift the veil on yet another social issue, many fans felt that the treatment had been somewhat disappointing. Indeed, some considered that Justin's death was far too sudden, despite his illness. HIV evolves much more slowly in an immune system and it is less common to die of it now. Today, people with AIDS are living gracefully with the advancement of medicine. Many therefore considered the treatment of the disease to be somewhat dusty, especially knowing that the facts of 13 Reasons Why are happening in our modern society.
