The Netflix video streaming platform is changing the prices of its subscription and, bad news, the prices will increase further. This is the third price increase since the launch of Netflix in France, in 2014. Indeed, the Standard offer at 9.99 euros per month seems far now. Here are the new prices for each option on Netflix, which increase by an additional one to two euros per month:

  • Netflix Essential : the price goes from 7.99 euros to 8.99 euros per month, you only have access to one screen at a time and do not benefit from high definition. This represents an increase of 12 euros per year and a annual budget of 107.88 euros.
  • Netflix Standard : the price goes from 11.99 euros to 13.99 euros per month, you can be connected to your Netflix account simultaneously on two screens. You also get high definition. This represents an increase of 24 euros per year and a annual budget of 167.88 euros.
  • Netflix Premium : the price goes from 15.99 to 17.99 euros per month, you are entitled to four simultaneous screens and ultra-high definition programs. This represents an increase of 24 euros per year and a annual budget of 215.88 euros.
