In “The Stars’ Wish Menu”, three stars cook a favorite dinner for a celebrity colleague and get to know him. These hobby cooks are there.
Attention “Celebrity Dinner” fans: On May 30th and June 6th (8:15 pm), VOX will be showing the format “The Stars’ Favorite Menu – All Under One Roof”. Four celebrities each spend four days on a short trip together, with the focus on private matters and culinary delights. Three stars at a time cook a dinner according to the wishes of their colleague, who then evaluates the courses on the menu. Whoever gets the most points can donate 10,000 euros to a charity project of their choice. The stars also get to know each other better when they dine together. These celebrities stand behind the stove.
Candidates on May 30th
Singer Gregor Meyle (42), presenter Laura Karasek (39), athlete Sabrina Mockenhaupt and actor Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht (29) make the first short trip. Meyle became known for his second place on Raab’s vocal show “SSDSDSSWEMUGABRTLAD”, took part in “Sing my Song – The Exchange Concert” in 2014 and took third place in 2020 on “The Masked Singer”. Laura Karasek, daughter of Hellmuth Karasek (1934-2015), is a lawyer, writer and also a TV presenter. Among other things, she has already presented her own talk show “Zart am Limit” (ZDFneo).
Sabrina Mockenhaupt (40) initially made a name for herself as a long-distance runner. This was followed by TV appearances on “TV total” and “Let’s Dance”. Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht, son of Natascha (56) and Uwe Ochsenknecht (65), took advantage of the breakthrough with “Die Wilden Kerle” and then tried his hand at acting as a presenter in the music world and on TV. He is currently expecting a child with Yeliz Koc (27). He has already shown that he can cook in the cooking show “MasterChef Celebrity” and came second there.
Candidates on June 6th
The second episode features author Bastian Bielendorfer (36), dancer Ekaterina Leonova (34), actress Janine Kunze (47) and commentator Frank Buschmann (56). Bielendorfer wrote after his appearance on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” a book about his life as a teacher and created a bestseller. Books such as “Lifelong class trip – more from the teacher’s child” or “Papa calls – dedicated line to the teacher’s child” followed. Bielendorfer is also successful as a podcaster. Ekaterina Leonova became known for her success on “Let’s Dance”. As a professional, she won with the Celebrity Men in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Actress Janine Kunze (47) began her career with a role in “Caretaker Krause – Order must be”. This was followed by other series roles in comedy such as “Die Dreisten Drei”. From January 2013 she was seen as public prosecutor Ellen Bannenberg in the ZDF early evening series “Heldt” (2013-2021). The voice of Frank “Buschi” Buschmann (56) is familiar to TV viewers from TV shows such as “Schlag den Raab” or “Ninja Warrior”. In 2017 he took over the moderation of “5 gegen Jauch” for four issues. The former basketball player also works as a sports reporter and football commentator.
