The fervor of Moroccan fans in Qatar before the semi-final against France

Moroccan supporters sing and dance in Doha, Qatar, a few kilometers from the stadium where the semi-final of the 2022 World Cup will take place between Morocco and France on Wednesday December 14. This is the first time that an African team is in the last four of a World Cup.

If thousands of Moroccan supporters are present in Qatar, more than 2,000 passengers had their flights canceled on Wednesday, according to Agence France-Presse. The Moroccan national company, Royal Air Maroc, announced that it would operate thirty special flights on Tuesday and Wednesday to transport supporters to Qatar.

The Moroccan team, the best defense in the World Cup with only one goal conceded, will face France, defending champion.
