Haffner Energy goes public, on Euronext Growth, but at the bottom of the range of 8 to 9.50 euros that had been proposed. At 8 euros per share, the company, which uses biomass to transform it into hydrogen, raised 71.7 million euros after partial exercise of the extension clause. The size of the operation could be increased to 82.7 million in the event of the full exercise of the over-allotment option. The market capitalization amounts to 358 million euros. However, the free float will remain low, at 8.7% of the capital, which can be increased to 11.7%.
