In the explosive trailer, we quickly understand that the Sussex couple will open up like never before, revealing never-before-seen facts that are sure not to please the royal family. King Charles III could even strip the royal titles from Harry and Meghan if he feels they have overstepped the mark.
“I realized that they will never protect us” says Meghan in the trailer for the documentary. The tone is quickly set, with the racism evoked as well as “the pain and suffering of women who marry in this institution”. The first part of the documentary traces the love story of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The opportunity for the public to discover how the couple was formed, from their first meeting in July 2016, until their marriage on May 19, 2018.
