Like every year, the Super Bowl is an opportunity for the big American studios to flex their muscles and unveil images of their next blockbusters to a hundred million viewers. This 57th edition of the American football grand final was no exception and delivered new previews of the films The Flash, Indiana Jones 5, Guardians of the Galaxy 3 or Scream VI. Here is a full recap.

Creed 3

This third film in the series centered on Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan), heir to Rocky Balboa, will see the son of Apollo Creed confront in the ring an old friend played by Jonathan Majors (Ant Man 3). In theaters March 1.

Scream VI

Scream VI will see Ghostface stalking its victims through the streets of New York. This sixth installment of the horror saga created in 1996 is the direct sequel to the 2022 reboot, starring Jenna Ortega (Wednesday) in the cast. In theaters March 8.

65, the land before

Take Adam Driver (The Marriage Story, Star Wars), Jurassic Park and a sci-fi dipper, you get 65. This film tells the story of a pilot who crashes on an unknown planet to finally understand that it is Earth 65 million years ago. In theaters March 15.

Super Mario Bros, the movie

On the occasion of the Super Bowl, the adaptation of the cult video game was the subject of a fake ad with the duo of plumbers Mario and Luigi. Enough to put us in the mood for this adventure which will see the brothers turn into heroes to protect a kingdom from the terrifying Bowser. Signed by Illumination Studios (Minions, All on stage), the film is expected in theaters on April 5.

AIR

The true story of the partnership between Nike and Michael Jordan that led to the creation of the legendary Air Jordans that will revolutionize the world of sport and sneakers. It’s mostly Ben Affleck’s new movie (Argo) with Matt Damon and Viola Davis in the cast. Tantalizing! April 5 on Amazon Prime Video.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Thieves

The film adaptation of the cult role-playing game with a mix of comedy and action and a friendly cast (Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Regé-Jean Page, Hugh Grant…). In theaters April 12.

Guardians of the Galaxy 3

Peter Quill is still searching for Gamora and the Guardians of the Galaxy team must come together for one last mission to defend the universe and protect Rocket. This “volume 3” promises to be the last adventure of the current Guardians and will introduce the powerful Adam Warlock (Bill Poulter). In theaters May 3.

Fast X

Franchise Fast & Furious is about to roar again on our screens in a 10th opus bigger and better. On the program for this new screech of tires: family, big cars and a story of revenge embodied by Jason Momoa. Fast X is announced as the penultimate film of the popular saga (6.6 billion dollars in revenue worldwide). In theaters May 17.

Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts

Set in the mid-1990s, this seventh film transformers promises to send the franchise to new horizons. A new faction of Transformers robots, the Maximals, will have to unite with the Autobots to fight Decepticons. We will have known more original… At the cinema on June 7th.

Barry Allen, aka The Flash, travels through time to prevent the murder of his mother, but causes the creation of a multiverse. To repair the damage, he will receive the help of Batman from different realities and unexpected allies. In theaters June 16.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny

The fifth and last announced adventure of Indiana Jones took advantage of the Super Bowl to offer a new spot of 30 s. Enough to confirm that Mads Mikkelsen is a former enemy of Indy, that Phoebe Waller-Bridge is as hotheaded as an adventurer, and to meet an impressive rejuvenated Harrison Ford. We look forward.
