The former educational nation is running out of teachers

There are fewer and fewer people in schools in the Federal Republic who want to teach. The consequences are dramatic, especially in rural areas.

The students of class 6a can sleep in. You don’t have to be at the park school in Zittau, Saxony, until the third period on this Friday in October. The first two German lessons were canceled without replacement. Headmistress Sina Krebs also had to cancel German lessons in five other classes that day, due to illness she is missing two teachers who teach the subject.
