PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The French Competition Authority cleared on Friday without conditions the acquisition by the Reworld Media group of Unify, the digital media division of the audiovisual group TF1. This “operation is not likely to harm competition”, indicated the Authority, in a press release.
TF1 announced this sale project last June, without revealing the financial terms.
In a separate press release, Reworld Media specified that the activities in the process of being acquired generated “an annual turnover of around 60 million euros”.
