Lagrange is an expert in small household appliances. Although few devices are missing from the French manufacturer’s catalog, a new addition has arrived: the pizza oven. To use the latter, there is no need to install it outside, like the Ooni Karu 12G, which is a multi-fuel model (gas, wood or pellets). Indeed, the Lagrange is electric and can be installed indoors without risk of fire.
As such, its dimensions – 49.7 cm long, 46 cm wide and 28 cm high – allow it to take place on a work surface. A triple-thickness safety window allows a glimpse of the interior of the oven, but above all avoids the risk of burning.
Two resistances – bottom and top – are responsible for cooking pizzas, flammekueches or breads of all kinds. At maximum, the pizza oven can reach up to 430°C, in particular thanks to its power of 1700 W, compared to 1600 W for the Ooni Volt 12 or 2350 for the Sage Smart Oven Pizzaiolo.

Lagrange also equips its oven with eight integrated programs to make cooking easier. The device automatically selects the cooking temperature and time and saves the user from worrying about it. A 60-minute manual timer also equips the pizza oven.
Finally, a 32 cm diameter cooking stone is delivered with the oven to better conduct the heat, as well as a 25 cm shovel for putting the preparations in and out of the oven.
Launched at €350, the Lagrange pizza oven is already available.
