The Goultarminator back on Dofus with the KTA

Some will leave on Temporis Retro for Nostalgia, others will train for the Goultarminator 2023 on Dofus 2. The KTA, in partnership with Ankama, is resuscitating the iconic tournament format.

The “Goulta” returns this summer on Dofus with the KTA

While its last edition dates back to the end of 2016, the Goultarminator should return in the summer thanks to the KTA teams. If it had already returned temporarily during Temporis Retro first edition, its 4v4 format was no more.
This time around, its return will be exclusively on 2.0 servers, including Shadow, evidenced by the presence of server artwork. In addition, the format should evolve. Alliances could be the new way to designate teams or even form them. As a reminder, the Goultarminator offered different selection tests (Popularity, Speed, not always conclusive) making it possible to constitute a division of classes by server.

Tournaments are good news for “opti” players who want to make the most of their latest stuff and smithmagic. Indeed, we already know that the characters should be imported according to a first teasing from SMIZ. On the other hand, there is no precision on the fights themselves, 4v4 or 3v3. It’s also not impossible to see some meta shake-ups by then with the 2.68 update, potentially bringing some class overhauls. We will think of Eniripsa, at the top of the list.

PvP on Dofus, in addition to Goulta, is also now with the World Cup, still by the KTA. Registrations are open until May 21, with matches starting May 23. If you missed the leagues and your stuff is not yet in the bank, this can be a good way to train before the Goultarminator 2023.
