The Gran Turismo license could come to PC

Sony continues its policy of migration to the PC ecosystem. After the ports of some of its flagship licenses like god of war, Spiderman Where Uncharted, the Japanese do not intend to stop there. One of the most popular driving game series, Gran Turismocould also make its arrival on computer.

It was the creator of the game himself, Kazunori Yamauchi, who announced it to the specialized media GTPlanet. On the occasion of the final of the world championships of Gran Turismowhich saw the coronation of the Spaniard Coque Lopez, Kazunori Yamauchi declared that his title could also make the leap from the PC port.

Nothing is certain yet and the creator has some reservations: “Gran Turismo is a very finely tuned gamehe explains. There aren’t many platforms that can run the game natively at 4K/60p, so one of the ways to make this possible is to restrict the number of platforms. It’s not a very easy subject, but obviously we are watching it and considering it.”

25 years old, the game has only known the Sony console. Its portage would allow it to enjoy a rejuvenation cure and conquer a new audience. Despite the presence of other driving simulation games on PC, Gran Turismo drags in its exhausts the reputation of reference of the kind.
