Olivia Jones hears confessions from reality stars. On July 7, 2022, the new trash TV show “Das Große Celebrity Penance” will start on ProSieben. In this format, the drag queen confronts the candidates with their big or small sins – and speaks to their conscience.
“I would not have thought it possible that I would have to take someone’s confession,” says the presenter in a broadcaster’s message. “In ‘The Shame Round’ I’ll be answering my questions from the reality bad boys and girls,” Jones continues. “It’s exciting to see what they do with this second chance.”
“The big celebrity penance”: These are the candidates
The candidates of “The Big Celebrity Penance” are the usual suspects of trash TV. Among others, Elena Miras (30), Daniele Negroni (26), Carina Spack (26), Matthias Mangiapane (38), Giselle Oppermann (34) have been confirmed. Particularly explosive: An ex-couple meets Ennesto Monté (47) and Helena Fürst (48) – even if he claimed that it was just a sham relationship.
The mode of “The Great Celebrity Penance”, which was actually planned for Sat.1, does not differ much from relevant formats such as “Celebrity Big Brother” or “Die Alm”.
