The Hasselblad X2D 100C camera test has joined our comparison

The Hasselblad X2D 100C is a unique device in many ways. It adopts an unusual design, but attractive thanks to exemplary finishes and well-thought-out ergonomics. It also offers a very high level of image quality and its responsiveness – with good optics – compensates for some of the delay on the competition. Of course, some baroque choices remain (we think of the lack of AF tracking) and fans of versatility will regret the absence of video. Apart from these “gaps”, purists and lovers of polished photos will be won over by this extraordinary case.

Alternatively

Once again Fujifilm strikes a blow. The GFX 100S takes all the advances of the GFX 100 and removes a good part of its disadvantages, including its size. Remains a device with a more classic template, but which embeds a very large stabilized medium format type sensor in addition to all the advantages of the hybrid system. With the exception of storage, which would have deserved compatibility with cards faster than SD UHS-II, or even the absence of 4K at 60 fps, the GFX 100S is a very successful device. It offers exceptional image quality, excellent handling and a complete video mode. Those looking for very high definition without compromising on autofocus or ergonomics will find in it a powerful ally.
