The head of Ukrainian diplomacy warned the West on Friday against the “dropper aid” provided to Kiev, affirming that regular deliveries of military equipment would make it possible to avoid an extension of the war outside Ukraine.
“The strategy of providing aid to Ukraine in dribs and drabs no longer works,” Dmytro Kouleba said during a visit to Vilnius. “It’s over and, if things continue as they are now, it’s not going to end well for all of us,” he added after a meeting with his French, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian.

He called for an “unrestricted and timely supply of weapons and ammunition to ensure that Ukraine defeats Russia.” The minister also called for a transfer to Ukrainian territory of military training conducted by Westerners, weapons maintenance services as well as the production of military equipment, an operation which would create a logistical advantage for his country, according to him.
Dmytro Kuleba also urged all those who doubt that the war could go beyond Ukraine’s borders to “wake up and read the history books.” This would, he said, “avoid a situation where you will have to make decisions on a completely different scale of tragedy to defend your own villages, towns and territories.” “Weak decisions, no more war; strong decisions, end of war. It’s simple,” he said.
