The summer period is often the best time to refine predictions surrounding new iPhone. And a new series of 3D renderings has just confirmed everything we thought we knew about the iPhone 14 Pro.

As often, we owe this new leak to Jon Prosser who, in his latest video, goes into detail about the new features of these future models. But, as you will see… there may not be much to expect from it, design-wise.

The notch disappears…really?

Based on CAD files shared by 91 mobiles a few weeks ago, the new renderings by Jon Prosser and Ian Zelbo tend to confirm that the design of the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro will evolve at the margin.

As we know, this year must be the year of the disappearance of the notch, introduced by Apple in 2017 on the iPhone X. However, as previous leaks suggested, the brand would be content above all to replace it with a cutout in pill shape and punch.

Certainly, this funny duo seems to occupy less space on the screen. But is this enough to mark a real break with the previous models? Not so sure.

In addition, we learn thanks to these new renderings that the block of cameras, already massive on the iPhone 13 Pro Max, would be 57% larger on the new models. Indeed the new 48 megapixel photo sensor would occupy even more space in the smartphone and would force Apple to “push the walls” to make room for it.
