the journalist of the “Point” Aziz Zemouri files a complaint against Jean-Christophe Lagarde

The case of the false employee without papers employed by Alexis Corbière and Raquel Garrido takes an unprecedented turn. Aziz Zemouri, author of the article published on the weekly’s website Point and finally withdrawn, filed a complaint against former police officer Noam Anouar – Anouar Bouhadjela, in civil status – and former UDI deputy, Jean-Christophe Lagarde, for “breach of trust”, according to the complaint to which The world had access.

At the end of May, Mr. Anouar contacted the journalist from Point, whom he has known for a long time, and assures him that the couple would employ an Algerian without papers, spotted by chance during an identity check. He gives her his cell phone number. On June 2, Aziz Zemouri comes into contact with this supposed domestic worker. They exchange messages, but Aziz Zemouri never manages to speak to her or meet her. He hears her voice only once on a ” vocal message “.

Meanwhile, Noam Anouar is following the case closely by calling ” regularly “ the journalist. He even asks to know “if the article [sera] ready to appear before the second round of the legislative elections”, while Raquel Garrido and Jean-Christophe Lagarde face each other in the same constituency.

Suspicions

If the journalist did not deal directly with the former deputy, his suspicions against him emerged after the denial of the couple from La France insoumise. Jean-Christophe Lagarde wrote a tweet, since deleted, saying that “the article should have appeared before the second round”. Aziz Zemouri claims that he alone made his remarks to Noam Anouar. “This shows that Jean-Christophe Lagarde and Noam Anouar corresponded before the publication of the article”, he wrote in the complaint. On June 27, he recorded his conversation with Mr. Anouar, during which the latter would confirm his suspicions.

Columnist for Le Média, regular guest of Sud Radio and Cyril Hanouna, Mr. Anouar was interviewed by Aziz Zemouri in 2021 on the occasion of the release of his book 100 tips for your safety (Talma Studio), a few months after having testified in favor of Taha Bouhafs in the trial which opposed him to the police unionist, Linda Kebbab, for having called her a“Service Arabic”.
