OnePlus’ next mid-range flagship smartphone, the Nord 3, is expected to hit the market soon, but before the official launch, almost everything about its specs is already known.
In addition to the recent OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite, the Chinese manufacturer plans to release a brand new device in the mid-range segment in just a few weeks: the OnePlus Nord 3. The latter will directly succeed the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G of the year. last, and should as always offer a fairly interesting value for money.
We have been hearing about the OnePlus Nord 3 for several months now, since rumors from the hallway already mentioned its development at the beginning of the year. In February, the famous leaker OnLeaks had also mentioned part of the technical data sheet of the smartphone, and this has just been confirmed by another fairly well-informed source.
What do we know about the OnePlus Nord 3?
According to leaker @heyitsyogesh, the OnePlus Nord 3 will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chip, one of the most powerful of the manufacturer. We would obviously have preferred a Qualcomm chip, such as the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, which recently wowed testers in China on the Redmi Note 12 Turbo and Realme GT Neo 5 SE. It is nonetheless a very powerful and interesting chip. It will be supported by 8 or 16 GB of RAM, as well as 128 GB or 256 GB of storage.
The OnePlus Nord 3 will arrive with a large 6.74-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a frequency of 120Hz. It will be powered by a 5000mAh battery, which is 500 mAh more than the previous generation. We should therefore be entitled to better autonomy on this model. On the fast charging side, it will always be 80W.
In terms of photos, the OnePlus Nord 3 will bet on a photo configuration at three cameras, with a 64 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultra wide-angle sensor as well as a third 2 MP macro sensor. Finally, we learn that the device would be marketed at less than 500 euros, but it will probably be necessary to wait a little longer before being sure.
