Lhe last time Reid Hoffman was seen was meditating in the choir of Notre-Dame de Paris, after attending a procession of the relic of Christ’s crown. We find him one Sunday in mid-January for an interview via Zoom, a few hours before he flies to the South Pole. The Palo Alto native, creator of a tabletop role-playing game at age 12 and who, twenty-four years later, co-founded LinkedIn, the application that has become the calling card of executives around the world, is now an investor particularly listened to. After putting balls in Facebook and Airbnb, he sits on the board of directors of Microsoft, which offered LinkedIn in 2017.
