The lion's den: This time the monkeys in the lion enclosure are convincing

The new episode of "Die Höhle der Löwen" was about the instincts of martens, pretty bottoms, avoiding rubbish and monkeys.

Lots of different ideas, high learning curve. In the new episode "Die Höhle der Löwen" from September 14th three providers were able to convince. The brothers Bilal (30) and Adil Zafar (25) made the start. Her family fled Pakistan, they grew up in Germany, studied business administration and business informatics. Because applications have always been easy for him, Bilal turned it into a business model. Adel programmed the website "richtgutbeworben.de".

Ralf Dümmel (53) reveals the funniest application he has ever received in his life to loosen up: A filled out lottery ticket, plus the comment: "I can't guarantee you will win a six in the lottery, but with me you have one ! "

The next joke, however, does not go down well. When the brothers rave about their 70 percent margin, Bilal pulls a plastic bag with white powder out of his pocket and comments: "More than in drug trafficking!" Nico Rosberg (35) is horrified: "I don't have a good feeling right now. Drugs – here on TV. I'm out immediately!"

Carsten Maschmeyer (61) is not that strict about it: "At her age I also made stupid jokes!" He gives his go: 100,000 euros for 15 percent participation. The investor sees potential synergies with his video application platform "Talentcube". The brothers are happy: "That will push us up" and reassure us: "There was only sugar in the package!"

The buttocks mask makes you happy

The jokes in the next round provide more amusement. The sociologist and ex-business consultant Dr. Sandy Glückstein wants to conquer a new cosmetics market with "PoBeau" and has developed a range of care masks for the rear with 100,000 euros in equity. It offers 10 percent shares with an investment sum of 200,000 euros.

The investors receive a test package and read the instructions: Ten minutes exposure time! It is recommended to "dance naked" or "read a book while lying on your stomach". Judith Williams (48) is happy: "That's a completely different perspective for family life! What do you think what's going on ?!" Nils Glagau (44) suggests: "You can also have it rubbed in by your husband …"

But despite the invigorating prospects and the plus points for personality and humor of the young entrepreneur, Dr. Glückstein did not convince with their product for a unit price of 14.95 euros and a company valuation of two million euros. Judith Williams suggests: "You are so far at the beginning. If you really want to become the goddess of the bottom, then we need a brush, something that can be used every day!" Glückstein keeps his composure: "Maybe I gambled too high too soon. This feedback was extremely constructive!"

Judith Williams finds her "dream man"

The next candidate raptures Judith Williams: "You are my dream man!" Enthuses the entrepreneur and visibly embarrasses the retired VW car mechanic. Klaus Skottki and his product "Gomago" also convince the men in the group. The 70-year-old, who founded his company in the garage five years ago, has developed a remedy for martens that uses fragrances to keep the small predators away from cars and attics.

Judith Williams was immediately convinced. She knew the problem from her own experience and started to complain: How often did she get stuck on the highway at night because a cable was cut. A whole family of marten had been up to mischief in their parents' attic – and nothing helped. Skottki confirms and reports an annual insurance loss of 72 million euros from marten bites. The deal succeeds with Dümmel: 80,000 euros for 20 percent. Skottki: "I'm happy."

A strong team makes the mega-deal

In the next round Maximilian Sander and Tim Bormann score personally, but unfortunately their mini-start-up "Gymbutler" doesn't. The recreational bodybuilders designed and produced a silicone ring with a magnet that functions as a cup holder that can be attached to any metal surface. As an extension, they show other functions, for example with flower pots.

Nils Glagau points out: "I think the idea is smart because it is so simple – but the overall package doesn't convince me." And further: "What I cannot imagine scaling up." The duo is disappointed after the cancellation, tries to see it sporty: "It hurts, but it also encourages!"

The last team tonight is very strong in the truest sense of the word. With their company "GreenMNKY" founded eight months ago, Ziya Orhan and Oliver Klingenbrunn want to revolutionize the smartphone armored film business. Instead of individually wrapped foils for the many different models and an enormous effort for dealers, they have the foil individually and quickly made on site in the shop.

The mobile phone shop owner and the consultant have developed an app and a cutting system for this, in which each smartphone model can be selected with a click and then the appropriate film is cut out on the cutter – directly to take with you. Practical, fast and also good for the environment: no packaging waste, no overproduction. Carsten Maschmeyer and Nils Glagau jointly accept the B2B business model and offer 400,000 euros for a 24 percent stake. Deal! Lions and monkeys hunt together from now on!
