Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is going to be huge with more than 160 heroes. Here are all the playable characters known to date. There will be something for everyone!
Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is the next game that all fans of the license are eagerly awaiting. Formerly considered the Budokai Tenkaichi 4 that everyone was waiting for, he recently unveiled a trailer that was eye-catching. This new opus goes even further than the others, wanting to be ultra complete. The proof, Bandai revealed that there would be no less than 164 playable characters. A dizzying roster that casts an extremely wide net since it should bring us characters from the four corners of manga and anime, which promises colossal replayability on paper. Some of these legendary heroes have also been made official and that sells dreams.
More than 160 characters for Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO
Dragon Ball Sparking Zero aims to become the most complete and generous game in the license. With a cast of more than 160 characters, it would, on paper, be one of the densest titles. For the moment, only around forty heroes have been made official, others will follow soon, especially since it is said that the title should explore the Dragon Ball universe very widely. The main series (maybe even the next Dragon Ball DaimaFollowing Great ?) secondary series (GT?) and films will be represented. So far, Bandai Namco has revealed the main playable characters.
An already well-stocked roster, but which includes quite a few different versions of the same character, the transformations obviously counting as one. We thus find several Goku, whose versions mark important stages in the manga, or even several Vegetas. Hoping that the game does not abuse too much to artificially inflate its roster.
Dragon Ball Sparking Zero will be released soon on PS5, Xbox Series and PC, but does not yet have a definitive release date. In the meantime, here is the entire roster known to date.
