The Lords of the Fallen will have been a complicated project that only found its way a few months ago, with a return to the front of the stage in 2022, almost eight years after its official announcement. The title of CI Games and of Hexworks must now reach us during the course of this year, but apart from a gameplay teaser which allowed us to see a little more, this second episode is still very mysterious. And if it will obviously be necessary to wait before seeing it again in action, the game is illustrated today with a handful of screenshots.

These images therefore allow us to have a better overview of some filthy and sticky environments that we will have to cross in this action-RPG oriented souls-like, which seems to be much more ambitious than the first opus.
We are treated to some very frightening monsters which will undoubtedly make us die more than once, but also to several sets which impress (this gigantic hand which seems to come out of the ground) and which clearly make you want to see even more, this time with gameplay.
The Lords of the Fallen still doesn’t have a specific release date, but it will arrive in 2023 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.
